He has deep expertise in estate, charitable, wealth transfer, and retirement strategies, as well as in practice management.
Prior to joining Prudential, Brett was a key player in advanced markets, spending several years at Nationwide, before switching roles to lead the Advanced Marketing team at The Hartford.

Donna Scalaro is a Vice President in the Advanced Planning Group of Prudential. In this role she consults with Prudential’s sales force and distribution partners to provide technical knowledge and support for life insurance sales and marketing in the areas of estate, business, charitable, wealth transfer and retirement planning.
Donna joined Prudential in January of 2013 through the acquisition of The Hartford’s individual life division by Prudential. Prior to that, Donna had been a Director with The Hartford’s Advanced Markets group beginning in 1996. Before joining The Hartford, Donna was a practicing attorney in law firms in Connecticut for nine years, specializing in estate planning, estate settlement and elderlaw.
A graduate of Hofstra University School of Law in Hempstead, New York, Donna was cited as the distinguished graduating law school student who achieved excellence in Wills, Trusts and Estates. She completed her undergraduate work at Central Connecticut State University, New Britain, Connecticut, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Summa Cum Laude and ranked number one in her major. She is admitted to the bar in Connecticut.
